What do you do with all that bread?
We eat it! I average two bread recipes per week, which is a manageable amount of bread for two people. We eat bread for breakfast, usually as toast; on the weekends, we have fresh bread for lunch and on the weekdays we take sandwiches; and there are several breads that we’ve had with dinner or as a main course (such as Lahma bi Ajeen). If I do have any stale bread, I make it into croutons by cutting it into cubes and drying them out in the oven at 250 degrees for about half an hour.
